About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee The Outbound Engine team, including SDRs and appointment setters. You’ll drive strategy, monitor KPIs, coach team members, and ensure clients’ pipelines are consistently filled with qualified leads. Your leadership will be key to turning outreach into measurable revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing sales or outbound teams, preferably B2B

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation systems

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setup
